At Artwepaint, each oil painting is a one-of-a-kind creation, hand-painted by our skilled artists with care and precision. We strive to ensure every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase. Below is our transparent refund and return policy to help you collect art with confidence.
We offer FREE replacement for damaged item. If you have a damaged item during transportation, we sincerely apologize, and ask that you send us an email that includes your order number and a photo of your damaged artwork. Let us deal with courier companies. We will ship out the replacement in just a few days.

Custom Artwork Policy
1.Custom orders (including paintings with custom size, color, or subject) are non-refundable after shipment.
2.If you wish to cancel a custom order before shipping, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order.
3.Custom artworks are made to order and cannot be resold. Thank you for your understanding.
4.For artworks with customized colors or sizes,returns are not accepted after delivery.If a return is approved before shipping, a $100 material feewill apply.(You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment, but not after you have received your package.)Custom artworks are made to order and cannot be resold. Exchanges & Shipping Damage
If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, we offer a free replacement or a full refund.
Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
1.Your order number
2.Clear photos of the damage and the outer packaging
3.We will handle the courier claim and send you a replacement as soon as possible.
Artwork Quality Guarantee
1.All our paintings are 100% hand-painted, and slight variations in brushwork, texture, or color are a natural and valued part of original artwork.
2.If the artwork does not match the description or product images on our website, you are eligible for a full refund.
Important Notes:
1.Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the artwork.
2.The painting must be returned in as-new condition to be eligible for a refund.
3.Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
4.For PayPal and Shop Pay users: refunds may appear within 3 business days.
5.For credit/debit cards: 7–15 business days, depending on your bank.
6.Returns due to home framing errors or accidental damage after receipt are not covered.
7.Please keep the original packaging for return use to avoid extra repacking costs.

You have 30 daysfrom receiving your artwork to request a return for any reason.We will help arrange return shipping. You will only be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Returns Due to Personal Preference
If you selected an artwork that doesn’t suit your space, interior style, or if the size wasn’t quite right — no worries. You’re welcome to return it within 30 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive the artwork in its original condition and packaging, we will issue a full refund.
Disputes Support
We’re committed to excellent customer service. If you encounter any issue, we encourage you to contact us directly before opening a dispute with your financial institution. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
If a dispute is opened with the bank, we will fully cooperate and respect their final decision.
