We offer a 30-day, no-risk money-back guarantee on your order. You will only be responsible for the return shipping costs. To qualify for a return:

It must be less than 30 days since you received the artwork.

The artwork must be in the same condition as it arrived and packaged appropriately, ideally in its original packaging.

Artworks must be carefully prepared for return shipment in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. If the original packaging is damaged, please use professional packaging from a courier company to ensure that the goods we receive are undamaged.
 
Damaged Items
We offer complimentary exchanges for items damaged during transit. If your item was damaged during shipping, please:

Send us a message with your order number.

Include a photo of the damaged artwork and the outer packaging.
 - 
We will handle all communications with the courier companies and ship out a replacement within a few business days.
 
Return Shipping Fees

If the return is initiated by the consumer for personal reasons, the consumer will be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee will depend on the express company you choose.

If the goods received are damaged, the consumer is not required to bear any shipping fees.
 
How to Request a Return or Exchange

You have 30 days from the receipt of the artwork to request a return, and a further 14 days to fulfill it after the request has been made.

For artworks that arrived damaged, we request a photo of the damage to understand what went wrong during shipment.

If the original packaging was insufficient, please package the item to the best of your ability and be sure to take pictures for insurance purposes.
 
Refunds Processing
Once we receive the returned items:

For PayPal and Shop Pay account holders, it may take up to 3 business days for the transaction to appear on your account.
