How long does it take to create and ship my artwork?

All of our artworks are 100% hand-painted and made to order.

Processing Time: 7-15 Days for most custom paintings.

Shipping Time: 7-15 business days via FedEx, DHL, or UPS.

 For bulk or special orders, please contact us at info@artwepaint.com for an accurate timeline.

Is the artwork ready to hang?

We offer three options:

Rolled Canvas: Shipped in a sturdy paper tube. Youll need to frame or stretch it locally.

Framed or Stretched: Comes with hanging hardware ready.

Custom Framing: Available upon request.

How is my artwork packed?

We use protective, professional packaging to ensure safe delivery:

Rolled Paintings: Packed in heavy-duty paper tubes.

Framed/Small Pieces: Packed in secure cardboard boxes.

Large Framed Pieces: Shipped in custom-built wooden crates.

Every package is insured and handled with care.

Can I update or change my order?

If your item hasnt shipped yet, well do our best to accommodate changes. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@artwepaint.com.

Can I cancel my order?

1.If you wish to cancel a custom order before shipping, please contact us within 6 hours of placing your order.

2.You have 30 daysfrom receiving your artwork to request a return for any reason.We will help arrange return shipping. You will only be responsible for the return shipping costs.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, as well as PayPal and Shop Pay.

Even without a PayPal account, you can pay using a credit/debit card via the PayPal guest checkout option.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We offer free worldwide shipping to most destinations.

What carriers do you use?

We ship with trusted express couriers like DHL, FedEx, and UPS.

Is shipping cost included in the price?

Yes, all shipping costs are included in your order totalno hidden fees.

Will my order be insured during delivery?

Absolutely. Every shipment is fully insured for peace of mind.

Can I ship to a different address or as a gift?

Yes, we can arrange delivery to a different person or address. Let us know if its a gift or surprisewell coordinate accordingly.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return and exchange policy.

If youre not 100% satisfied, you may return the painting in its original condition and packaging for a full refund or replacement.You will only be responsible for the return shipping costs.

How long does a refund take?

Once we receive your returned item:

PayPal: Refunds processed in 13 business days.

Credit Card: Refunds typically appear within 714 business days.

What if my artwork is damaged during shipping?

We carefully inspect and pack all artwork, but if damage occurs:

Unpack in front of the courier, if possible. Have them note any visible damage.

Take clear photos of the packaging and artwork damage.

Keep all packaging until we resolve the issue.

Contact us immediately at info@artwepaint.com well handle the courier claim and arrange a replacement for you.

Will I need to pay import duties or taxes?

Depending on your country, local import taxes may apply. These are not included in the purchase price and are the buyers responsibility.
